PAYMENT
Orders made via our online shop are payable via PayPal or Credit Transfer into our German bank account.
Credit card payments are also possible using the safe and easy payment options provided by Paypal. (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Direct Debit and Giropay)
SHIPPING
We ship directly from our studio in Berlin to various destinations around the world.
To ensure the safety of the arrival, all items are packaged securely before they are dispatched. Once received by our logistics partner DHL, you will be emailed a tracking code that will enable you to track the journey of your parcel online via the website www.dhl.com. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, particularly for international orders. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery within Germany and EU countries.
Shipping rates are based on the size, weight and destination of the parcel. Shipping costs are indicated during the ordering process and in the final order receipt.
In the event that an order cannot be delivered to the address provided, the purchaser will be responsible for any additional costs that may arise.
International Orders
International and non-EU shipments take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive into the destination country but delivery may take longer due to customs. As a standard, the contents and value of goods to international and non-EU countries will be declared on the parcel. The recipient is responsible for any additional taxes or customs duties incurred.
International orders are duty free (-19%). All prices displayed on the online store include Value Added Tax, however this tax will be automatically deducted during the ordering process once the international destination is selected.
Import requirements for our works of art and products are to be observed by the customer. We assume no liability for the compliance of our works of art and products with rules and regulations outside of the European Union.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days to cancel your order in writing (eg letter or email) or return the goods. This period begins from the time you receive an email confirmation of your purchase order (but not before the receipt goods). Your purchase order will also include written instructions for the return procedure.

Upon the effective cancellation of your purchase, we will promptly return your payment via credit transfer. Shipping charges are not refundable. In the event that you are unable to return the goods in their entirety or in a non-saleable condition, you may be liable to pay compensation. This does not apply if the damage was a result of inspecting the goods, as would be possible in a store, or from intended use. For the sake of protection, goods should only be returned in the original packaging they were sent in, using all protective materials.
We will reimburse your payment within 30 days from the time you send your written cancellation or when we receive have the goods.
